Why the bench is international
Operations that hurt look different in every market.
A Draper warehouse, a Toronto jobsite and a Kolkata manufacturing line fail in different ways. The paperwork is different, the labour model is different, the shortcuts crews take are different. An agent built by someone who has never seen the problem shows it in month two.
That rule produces an international bench as a by-product. We did not set out to publish a values statement. We set out to staff engagements with people who recognise the failure mode when it walks past them.
A homogenous team building for four industrial verticals produces agents that only work in the vertical the team came from. Different floors, different failure modes. The team has to reflect that, or the product does not.
